送紙單元Feeding unit

★送紙前緣定位，真空吸附，變頻調(diào)整風(fēng)量，增加紙板輸送穩(wěn)定性、準(zhǔn)確性。

★前擋板、側(cè)擋板、后托板均為電腦控制，精密導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)，位移平穩(wěn)。

★送紙膠棍包震進(jìn)口軟橡膠，經(jīng)久耐用，膠軸快換機(jī)構(gòu)，設(shè)備維護(hù)方便。

★隔張送紙功能(可根據(jù)需要選擇連續(xù)或隔張送紙)。

印刷單元Printing unit

★真空吸附，陶瓷輪傳送，紙板下面印刷。

印刷相位、版混橫向電腦操控。

★電磁剎車機(jī)構(gòu)，當(dāng)機(jī)臺(tái)分離或調(diào)整相位時(shí)剎車機(jī)構(gòu)限制齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，保持原有齒輪位置固定點(diǎn)。

★氣動(dòng)式雙隔膜泵，供墨、循環(huán)穩(wěn)定，操作保養(yǎng)簡單，油墨濾網(wǎng)，過濾雜質(zhì)，不銹鋼制墨槽。

★快速更換膠銀、網(wǎng)棍裝置，配快換支架。

★清洗印版后自動(dòng)復(fù)位系統(tǒng)。

開槽單元Slotting unit

開槽刀輪形式:雙刀單軸式。

★合金鋼材料經(jīng)熱處理研磨鋸齒形開槽刀片，硬度和韌性具佳。

★壓線輪、刀座橫移、相位調(diào)整、復(fù)位等均可電腦控制(自動(dòng)或手動(dòng))電動(dòng)控制，換單迅速。

★壓線輪內(nèi)嵌優(yōu)力膠，壓線輪橫移位置可隨開槽刀座同時(shí)調(diào)整。

★中刀橫向位移結(jié)構(gòu)，生產(chǎn)適應(yīng)性產(chǎn)。

★彈性切角刀結(jié)構(gòu)，三層、五層紙板切角無需調(diào)整。

★精密直線導(dǎo)軌，配合滾珠絲杠，使并槽刀座移動(dòng)更靈活、準(zhǔn)確。

模切單元 Die cutting unit

◆配備進(jìn)口快換式聚氨酯膠墊，更換方便，具有單向離合器作線速度補(bǔ)償功能，可確保膠墊磨損后模切出

的紙板完全一致。

◆工作中模切膠墊滾筒機(jī)械螺旋式左右自動(dòng)橫移(土20mm),使切口刀痕不重復(fù)，延長膠墊使用壽命。

◆膠輪與模切貔間隙采用氣動(dòng)控制，正常送紙時(shí)膠輪下降到工作位置，停止送紙時(shí)膠輪自動(dòng)升起。

模切輻橫向電腦操控，電動(dòng)調(diào)整，調(diào)幅土10mmo

◆膠墊修正機(jī)構(gòu)，增加膠墊使用次教，降低消耗。

快移式送紙環(huán)，快速、方便。

★lt is equipped with imported quick-change polyurethane rubber,easy to be replaced,and has the function

of one-way clutch for linear speed compensation, which can ensure that the die-cut cardboard of rubber is

completely consistent after wear.

★When working, the die cutting rubber drum mechanical screw automatic transverse movement

(plus or minus 20mm), so that the cutting mark does not repeat,prolong the service life of rubber.

★The gap between the rubber roller and the die cutting roller is controlled by pneumatic control.The rubber

roller will drop to the working position when the paper feeding is normal, and the rubber roller will

automatically rise when the paper feeding is stopped.

★Die cutting roll horizontal moving computer control, electric adjustment, amplitude modulation plus or minus

10mm.

★The rubber roller correction mechanism, increase the use number of rubber , reduce consumption.
