功能與特點(diǎn):

★滾輪式前緣送紙結(jié)構(gòu)、多輪、多點(diǎn)式吸風(fēng)送紙，摩擦力大，速度高，送紙平穩(wěn)，準(zhǔn)確。

★吸風(fēng)變頻調(diào)整風(fēng)量，風(fēng)壓可根據(jù)紙板大小進(jìn)行調(diào)整，增加薄紙板及曲翹紙板傳動(dòng)穩(wěn)定性，準(zhǔn)確性。

★整機(jī)齒輪采用40Cr鍛造，高頻淬火處理，磨齒;采用噴淋式自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑，極大提高了運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)精度及使

用壽命。

★整機(jī)傳動(dòng)部位(軸、齒連接處)，均采用免鍵連接，消除連接間隙，適合大扭矩長(zhǎng)期高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

上壓線輪包裹聚氨酯，不會(huì)損壞紙板。

★單軸雙刀開(kāi)槽，箱高調(diào)整采用PLC及數(shù)字式電動(dòng)調(diào)整，觸摸屏控制。

★開(kāi)槽相位采用PLC觸摸屏調(diào)整，停機(jī)及運(yùn)行均可調(diào)整。

★開(kāi)槽刀座及壓線輪橫向移動(dòng)采用同步電動(dòng)調(diào)整。PLC觸摸屏調(diào)整，直接輸入紙箱尺寸，自動(dòng)調(diào)整。

★壓線間隙及刀軸間隙調(diào)整采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)。

★各開(kāi)槽刀座橫移有防碰撞保護(hù)裝置（電子式）。
